Health Systems Global (HSG) is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with these regulations. This statement explains how this is implemented across all our communication channels, applications, and networks, and details your rights regarding the personal data that HSG collects, stores, and uses. Your Rights


You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or prevent the processing of your data by HSG. HSG will always verify your identity before processing your request. To do this, we may ask you for another form of identification and proof that you are the person making the request. If you decide to exercise your right to rectify, restrict, or prevent the processing and/or storage of your personal data, HSG will ensure that this is communicated to any third party who has access to your data.



You have the right to know what personal data HSG holds about you. You can submit a Personal Data Access Request (PDR) at any time. By submitting this request, HSG will share all the information it holds about you. HSG has 30 days to respond to your request.

If you wish to correct the personal data HSG holds about you, HSG has one month to complete the process.

We do not use automated decision-making systems, except those used to detect and remove malware in the content you provide to us or to create automated profiles. We do not collect sensitive or special category data. HSG will never attempt to buy or sell your personal data.

Storage, Use of Personal Information, and Data Protection

Personal data collected by HSG is used and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 2018.


We will only disclose data when required to do so by law or when we have your consent.

Legal Representatives


We will only share your personal information with third parties who process data on our behalf or when necessary, for example, when it must be provided to the financial institution that processes our credit card transactions. These third parties receive your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date solely to verify the card number and process the transaction in a secure environment. They employ industry-standard security technology to ensure the confidentiality of your transactions.

Internet Transfers

Because the internet is a global environment, its use for collecting and processing personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data that may be processed in various countries. While this data will always be kept secure and in accordance with applicable law, by communicating with us electronically, you acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal data in this way.

Website

When users visit the HSG website, we record non-personal information, such as IP address, profile information, aggregated user data, and browser type. We use this data to monitor usage and improve our website services.

Email Subscription Services

You must not enter information on behalf of or about another person. Your name and email address will only be used to provide you with the services you have subscribed to, to send you information about these services, to send you password reminders, and to validate security. They will not be provided to third parties without your explicit consent.

If you share your email address with others, HSG cannot protect the information you provide from access by other users of your email address, nor can it prevent those users from modifying your subscription details.
